JOB DESCRIPTION

A client of Insight Global is hiring a Perioperative Nurse to play a vital role in their Surgical Department's success. As a Perioperative Nurse, you will oversee pre-surgical and post-surgical care, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of support and attention. Your responsibilities will include conducting pre-op appointments, reviewing surgical plans, coordinating aftercare services, and providing post-surgical treatments. You will collaborate closely with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care, promote patient education, and maintain accurate medical records. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience as registered nurse in pre-op and post-op care for
• 1+ year of experience in plastic surgery
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
• Strong computer skills.
• Team collaboration and strong sense of professionalism in the workplace.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to stay focused to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic practice is advantageous.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of experience as registered nurse in pre-op and post-op care for 1+ year of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or equivalent
