Overview
Schedule: 7AM-7PM | 12 hours | 36 hours weekly
Position Summary: The Registered Nurse II in the Operating Room, under general supervision, conducts patient assessments, participates in the development of the plan of care, implements and evaluates care according to patient specific age and/or developmental needs. Collaborates with other health care team members in the delivery of care. Must be able to scrub & circulate and will support the Cardiac Team.
Minimum Qualifications
USD $104,395.00 - USD $171,506.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience circulating CVOR in multiple surgical specialties in an acute hospital setting.
- Cardiac and OR experience is required. Pediatric preferred.
- Previous experience working in a level 1 trauma center preferred but not required.
- Circulation experience is required.
- Ability to assess effectiveness of patient care; maintain a calm demeanor and assist in crises and emergencies; prioritize tasks for complex patient care; communicate tactfully, professionally, and effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. ADN required.
- Current CA RN License
- American Heart Association CPR and PALS required upon hire.
